LoL Dictionary, Updated o4/3o
I spend most of my time when I'm on LoL in the noob chat helping out people.
I've ran into a lot of people who didn't understand the lingo of LoL, or kept forgetting the terms.
Thus the LoL Dictionary is born!

AD - Attack Damage
AP - Ability Power
MR - Magic Resist
AS - Attack Speed
CD - Cool Down
DPS - Damage Per Second
Carries - Powerful characters with strong AD or AP Stats. They're known to "carry there teammates to victory" at times.
True Damage - Is Damage done to the enemy ignoring the Armor stat they have, meaning it's like you're attacking someone who has 0 Armor.
Character Name Abbreviations
GP - GangPlank
LB - LeBlanc
MF - Miss Fortune
TF - Twisted Fate
WW - Warwick
Gank - To ambush
Blue Buff - a buff for characters who use mana/energy & AP.
Red Buff - a buff for characters who are the DPS/AD carries of the team.
Bd- stands for back dooring, back dooring is the act of attack a separate tower while the rest of your team is busy working on another tower. The enemies are usually too busy trying to fend off your teammates.
Glhf - Good luck, Have fun, said at the beginning of games. Just gamer manors so to speak.
GG - Good Game, said at the ending of games as a respect to everyone's efforts.
Gj - Good Job, complimenting a teammate on killing the enemies.
Push(ing) - Is referring to getting down enemy tower(s). "Push middle lane guys." meaning get mid lane tower down~.
Jungle - Referring to the neutral minion fields. Other wise, not the lanes
Jungling - is the process of not laning, but kill the neutral minions in the jungle for exp & gold.
Jungler - referring to characters that can jungle. Please note that not everyone can jungle.
Juke/Juked - Fooling the enemies as they're chasing you. Meaning you move over the wall, behind them, or trick them out. Shaco, Kassadin, & Ezreal are some of the champions that are very good at this.
Kite/Kiting - 1v1 baiting while you do damage to the enemy, without taking damage.
Baiting - Fooling the enemy into thinking you're the only champion around, when it actuality your teammates are near by, either hiding in the bushes or just in the area.
Bush - an area of shrubs where champions can hide in from the enemies
Ace - When all champions on one team/side have all been killed & are all dead.
b - Back/Recall the hotkey: B will make you recall, so for short, instead of saying "im recalling" users simply say "I'm b"/"b"
re - is a shorter version of "reappeared", as in the enemy is back from missing.
Fountain - is another name for the spawn area/pool & healing area.
MIA - Missing in Action, this term comes in very handy. If someone is missing from a lane, simply call out "InsertCharacterName Mia"
CC - Crowd Control, consists of Stuns, Snares, Fears, Taunts, Knock Ups, & Slows. (tell me if I missed one)
Nuke - Someone who can take chucks of the enemies out in seconds. Think of the nuke bomb hitting enemy, Boom goes there health
Baron(ing) - Is the super buff that can win you the game if obtained. The act of Baroning is killing Baron. See the "Extra Knowledge" section for more information.
Elo - is your rating of wins/loses, a Bad Elo means you lose a lot, a good elo means you win a lot.
OP - Over Powered.
GA - is referring to the item "Guardians Angel" which gives a champion second life every 5 minutes if killed.
Armor Penetration - Also referred to as Armor Pen, helps AD characters penetrate through the enemies armor for more damage.
Magic Penetration - Also referred to as Magic Pen, helps AP characters penetrate through the enemies magic resistance for more damage.
TP - Teleport
Blink - slang for Teleport, &/or teleporting skills, EX:Kassadin's Rift.
CV - Clairvoyance
Magic Damage is known as Ability Power; in other words Ability Power is Magic Damage.
Generally, Characters that have AP Skills will most likely suck if you build AD.
Generally, Characters that have AD skills will more likely suck if you build AP.
Blue Buff - "Crest of the Ancient Golem" This unit regens 1.5% mana (or energy) per second and has (16 + Level*0.5)% cooldown reduction on their abilities. If slain, this buff transfers to the killer.
Red Buff - "Blessing of the Lizard Elder" This unit's physical attacks slow the target's movement speed and deal damage based on their level. If the buff holder is slain, this buff is transferred to their killer.
Baron Nashor - is the epic monster that appears at the 15 minute mark in game.
Baron (Buff) - "Exalted with Baron Nashor" The buff gives the wielders 40 Ap, 40 Ad, 3% of your max HP, in HP Regen, & 1% of your max MP as MP Regen. This buff is Baron is killed, will be given to all living champions, & cannot be transfered to enemies in the wielders are killed.
Always call MIA's
Users often refer to others by their choice of champion, so If I was playing Lux, you wouldn't say "RidleyOh, be careful" you'd say "Lux, be careful"
Ward - an item in the "consume" section of the item shop, which gives temporary vision in an area for a couple of minutes
Warding - the act of placing a ward
Counter Jungle - To kill their jungler in the beginning of the game to slow him/her down in there jungling. Also called "Gank the jungler"
For The Really "Noob"
Ult - shorter way of saying Ultimate, referring to your Ultimate skill/R hotkey.
Care - Short for Careful, meaning in shorter terms, be careful. (Obviously..)
Focus - Focusing a certain champion.
Top - Top Lane
Mid - Middle Lane
Bot - Bottom Lane
Up - Referring to enemy champions when they re-spawn after death
AoE - Area of Effect, meaning your skills/spells do damage to multiple targets in an area.
DoT - Damage of Time, such as poison, or ignite
HoT - No, you're not hot. Heal over Time.
D/C - Disconnect
Leaver - someone who leaves the game
Q - Referring to your first skill, Q hotkey
W - Referring to your second skill, W hotkey
E - Referring to your third skill, E Hot Key
Last Hitting - Refers to landing the last hit on minions to acquire higher exp & gold.
Aggro - sometimes called Leashing, is to force jungle creeps to attack you, so the jungler on your team, does not take damage.
Used at Higher Levels (From my exp.)
Facecheck - Checking the bushes.
Lom - low on mana/mp
Oom - out of mana/mp
ArP - Another shorten version of Armor Penetration
CS - Creep Score, the amount of creeps/minions you killed.
