How to counter mega-heal champs?
When you face champions that can heal a bunch like Vladamir, Mundo, etc what's the best way to shut them down?

I ask this because I believe a lot of people don't know what to do when encountering such people and that a small guide or just a pile of tips might be useful for us in that way.

Also could anyone add on any champions I might have forgotten?

Counters
-Gangplank's passive, Grog-Soaked blade reduces healing and regeneration by 50%
-Katarina's Bouncing Blade empowered with Killing Instincts reduces healing and regenerative effects by 50%
-Miss Fortune's Impure Shots, upon activation, make her attacks reduce healing and regeneration by 50%
-Tristana's Explosive Shot, upon activation, fires a shot that reduces healing and regeneration by 50%
-Executioner's Calling
-Ignite

Champions that Heal
-Soraka, Karma, Nidalee, Kayle, Taric, Sona all heal, so using counters on their targets are useful
-Fiddlesticks' Drain ability can be countered by using a counter during his channel and attack him
-Warwick's Hungering Strike's healing can be reduced with a counter
-Tryndamere's ability to consume his Bloodlust can be countered with one of these methods
-Swain while his ultimate, Ravaging Flock is active
-Nunu before he uses Consume on a minion
-Evelynn before her ultimate, Malice and Spite kicks in
-I guess if you really want to, target a champion within Janna's ultimate, Monsoon to reduce their healing

Changes on Healing Debuffs
Katarina's Killer Instincts healing reduction on Bouncing Blades duration reduced to 5 from 10
Miss Fortune's Impure Shots healing reduction debuff duration reduced to 3 from 8
Tristana's Explosive Shot Healing reduction duration is now a static 5 from 3 to 8

[Edit] Added on stuff. Thanks Exec.
[Edit 2] Added changes on champion's healing debuffs

They can be quite a pain if you aren´t an auto attacker. That´s why having a silencing ability is always neat, but that just stop em for a bit

Lock in your characters and let me explain
The tale of a man who's caused so much pain
Demacia is the place he was raised
If you listen to me you'll be quite amazed
To learn why he's the king of the Rift
The enemy, they're all scared stiff
The heart of a team on mid lane pushes
The reason your foes stay out of the bushes.
The heat of a battle, Garen appears
Down the top lane runs a river of tears
A beacon of light, watch his enemies run
On his back eighteen cloaks of the sun
The lane seems clear but it's hard to say
Is he in the bushes, is he MIA?
It's team fight time, he'll lead the charge
His scarf is long his sword is large.

Yah they've been reduced in duration quite a bit which kinda lines up with the fact they want games shorter as Mundo did get his CD on his Ult extended an extra 15sec.

It has, and its retarded. Couple nights ago, I was up against mundo and I was Kat and I took executioners just to keep him at bay, but both my blade and executioners did nothing to his ult, he still went from practically dead back to full, I don't get as to why they offer heal reducers...when they're not gonna be effective at all during the game.

RE: How to counter mega-heal champs?
Sadism: Dr. Mundo regenerates (40/55/70)% of his Max Health over 12 seconds. Additionally, he gains (15/25/35)% movement speed.

His Ult is in a way an instant heal. Your heal debuffs will reduce it a bit but the skill was made to give him super heal + regen. It's the way it is. If you were laning against him and you constantly hit him then yes it'd mess up his natural HP regen and whatever items he has with that but it won't effect his ult a bunch because that's the point.

It's rather shortsighted to claim that heal debuffs are worthless when your example is against an Ultimate Heal. Versus things like Vlad's Q/E, Olaf's Life Steal, etc it works quite well. But remember that even if it's a debuff it won't be reducing a heal to nothing. If you're facing a healer with 1000AP your debuff isn't going to do a ton.

RE: How to counter mega-heal champs?
Executioner's Calling: +15% Crit Chance. +18% Lifesteal, UNIQUE Passive: On hit, you cause 4 damage per second for 8 seconds. UNIQUE Active: Inflicts target enemy champion with Grievous Wound, causing 50% reduced healing for 8 seconds. 20 second cooldown. 1350 Gold.

Killer Instincts: (Active): Katarina's next ability gain a bonus effect:
Bouncing Blade: For every target it hits, will deal full damage and apply 50% healing reduction for 5 seconds.
Shunpo: Katarina will take reduced damage from enemy attacks for 3 seconds.

That is 100% health reduction on heals. It should pretty much negate any healing for the most part what so ever. Ultimate or not, its not saved from anything, he would be healed for half, but the game doesn't actually account for healing, and its not like there is any "True Heal" on his ult.

As far as I know heal reduc don't stack, which is why its foolish to use both at the same time, but when I play kat against a healing team, I'm not about to blow my load on the healee one right after the other.

Case and point 50% x2 during the duration of mundo's ult should allot for a severe dip in his regeneration. Doesn't matter how much it heals for, its still taking half of that heal away, yet heals and mundo's regeneration aren't accounting for it all the time. To be perfectly honest, I've only ever seen it work on soraka's heals, karama's wave heal remains uneffective as does vlads transfusion, and mundo's ult. Whether or not I've seen it work against life-steal DPS, Sona's Heal, GPs Scurvy, and Nidalee's Heal is unknown to me.
